SHIPPING POLICY

NO TIME 4 U is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your parcels once handed to Australia Post. If you suspect your parcel is lost please contact Australia Post for assistance. 

We are unable to compensate for any issues regarding postage. In the case when a wrong address is added on our behalf, we will provide compensation. 

If you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us urgently so we can change your address before dispatch and to avoid any delays. If we have already dispatched the item, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change the address.

  • How do I process a return/exchange?
    To process a return or exchange please follow the below steps: Within 7 days of your package arriving please fill out the details of the returns form at the end of this page. Once you've submitted our team will assess your return and contact you within 1-3 business days for further information if needed. Once approved you'll receive an email update with further shipping instructions. You will need to organise return tracked shipping at your own expense within 7 days from the approval. Once we have received your items we will then proceed to refund your payment to the same account in which you paid. This may take 3-5 business days.
  • What can I return?
    All full-price purchases are eligible for store credit, refund, or exchange. Faulty product returns can be submitted however it requires clear pictures of the fault for approval prior to returning the item. Requests for a return/exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Your request will be denied if it exceeds this.
  • What can I not return?
    Requests for a refund/exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Your request will be denied if it exceeds this time period. Discounted, sale items and store credits are not eligible for refunds. You can either exchange your item for another item of the same value or receive a store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item. Store Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
  • How long until I receive my return/exchange?
    Once your item/s have been received, returns may take up to 1 - 2 weeks to be processed. Once your item/s has been quality checked and approved, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refunded money to appear in your account.
  • Do you offer free returns?
    We do not cover the cost of the return shipping for change-of-mind purchases. We recommended using a shipping service with tracking as we are not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected upon arrival. Damaged items will not incur shipping charges. You will be refunded the shipping costs.
